Big & Mysterious History of Sioux City, Iowa: Roberts and Cordura Murder, Yankton Sioux Tribe

The Yankton Sioux Tribe moved form Minnesota to NW Iowa in the 1700's where they stayed until the 1850's. After ceding their land to the U.S. Government they were scattered throughout the region. They now reside on a reservation in South Dakota.
