Sioux City History & Culture by Bicycle Part 3: Bruguier Cabin

Pictured is the Theophile Bruguier Cabin. Bruguier was Sioux City's first white settler. The cabin was built in 1849. I do not know if this is where the cabin Was originally built or if it was built elsewhere & eventually moved here. But it is currently in Riverside Park near the boat club, just off of the end of the multi-use path/trail. Easily accessable by bicycle.
