Stag Extra Dry Pilsener was made by Griesedieck Brewing Company. The company still makes today. This can has a copyright date of 1947 on it. It is likely from the 1930's or 1940's. It is not a flat top can requiring the use of a can opener. It looks to have been sealed with a crimp bottle cap. The crimp cap was patented around 1915. The can is in a private collection in NW Iowa.
