Sioux City History and Culture by Bicycle Part 69: Railroad Museum

Located at 3400 Sioux River Road, also known as State Hwy 12 is the Railroad Museum. The museum is only open on Saturdays from Memorial Day to Labor Day & operated by volunteers. There is a Great Northern Railway Steam Locomotive No. 1355 and Tender 1451 on the National Register of Historic Places but I could not get a photo of it. I did get several photo's of what is left of the old roundhouse as well as other old rail cars.
