A Good Pairing? Intro to a new series.

This new series is a spin off of the Corner Bar Approved? series and Search for the Best Loose Meat series. It is called A Good Pairing?

Both the chili dog and the loose meat sandwich have historic significance in America. Each one have become part of the American diet and both as they are known today were invented in the United States.

This new series will focus on whether or not the two and good to eat when paired together. It will simply answer the question with yes or no.

Each one tested included one of each at establishments that serve both loose meat sandwiches and hot dogs/chili dogs. Only establishments that serve both will be taste tested. The testing will not be conducted until both have been tasted tested individually as outlined in each of the independent series' Corner Bar Approved? and Search for the Best Loose Meat. The chili dogs/hot dogs that will be further tested with a loose meat sandwich will only include those that are Corner Bar Approved and only the loose meat sandwiches that score 80 points or greater. The establishments who serve both will need to meet both requirements of being Corner Bar Approved and scoring 80 points or greater for their food to be taste tested together which will determine if they are good when paired together.

This currently leaves out Riverside Dairy Queen, Bob Roe's Point After and Hamilton Blvd Coney Island as they all scored below 80 points on their loose meat sandwiches.

Of the establishments that are known to or thought to serve chili dogs, those along with loose meat sandwiches that scored above 80 points includes:
Billy Boy Drive Thru
Downtown Coney Island
Jitters
The Garden Cafe
Little Chicago Deli and Grill

The establishments who are Corner Bar Approved and serve loose meat or are thought to serve loose meat sandwiches include:
Milwaukee Wiener House
Georges Hot Dog Shoppe
Little Chicago Deli and Grill
Billy Boy Dive Thru

Some of the establishments may not serve hot dogs or chili dogs and some need to have their hot dogs/chili dogs taste tested.
