History and Culture by Bicycle: amber

In 2007 New Belgium Brewing Compamy's Fat Tire Amber Ale was released in Iowa. Holding to true Iowa tradition and the love for good quality beer and participating in the worlds oldest, largest, and longest multi-day bicycle tour, RAGRBAI, New Belgium released Fat Tire in a limited edition commemorative bomber bottles with a label that has "Fat's Inaugural Great Beer Ride Across Iowa, FIGBRAI".

The current owner purchased two of these bottles. One has been opened and the beer consumed and the other has never been opened. The bottles are currently in the owners private collection in NW Iowa.
