Mitchell, SD: Carnegie Resource Center, Andrew Jackson Kings exhibit

In the Mitchell, South Dakota Carnegie Resource Center is a permanent collection of about and related to Andrew Jackson Kings. Andrew Jackson Kings moved to Mitchell, SD in April of 1883. and entered the contracting business.

In 1892 using mostly hand tools and tools that did not use electricity or air to operate Kings built the first corn palace in Mitchell, SD in only 59 days.
