Dedication:
This tour is dedicated to the entrepreneurs and promoters who had a vision, the architects and designers who put a plan to the vision, the contractors and developers who gave the vision form and the individuals who inhabited the structures and infused them with their hopes and memories. Lastly, to the grand homes that have gone before.
