Sioux City: Riverfront, Betty Strong Encounter Center, Dead Cottonwood Tree, Eagle Carving, 09/26/2017

Outside the Betty Strong Encounter Center on the Sioux City, Iowa riverfront is an eagle carving created from a dead cottonwood tree. The tree died and rather than cut it down an artist was called in to create the carving.
