Sioux City Food Truck Friday's

Sioux City, Iowa has joined cities across the country at hosting a cultural event. It is a weekly food truck event. Sioux City's is called Food Truck Friday's. It is held every Friday starting the first Friday in June from 11 am to 2 pm at 7th and Douglas Streets in downtown Sioux City and will run during the months of June, July, and August.

Golf By Design

On display until July 1, 2012 is the new Golf By Design exhibit at the Sioux City Art Center. The mini-golf holes designed by local architecture firms in Sioux City, Iowa. Unlike other pieces of art, which are only meant to be looked at, these pieces are meant to be playable by the public. There are mini-golf clubs, balls, scorecards and pencils for the 7 hole course. The course is challenging to play.
