Michael Dunbar: Touched by the Sun, Night
On permanent display outside the Sioux City Art Center is the bronze sculpture by Michael Dunbar called Touched by the Sun. Touched by the Sun is part of Dunbar's series of works called Relics from the Future. It is the first of his full size sculptures to be installed west of the Mississippi River.

Sioux City Art Center: Michael Dunbar Sculptures: "Machinist Studies": Touched by the sun, 2012
Currently on temporary display at the Sioux City Art Center is the Michael Dunbar Sculptures: "Machinist Studies" exhibit:
There will be a full size sculpture of Touched by the Sun on permanent display on the outdoor grounds of the Sioux City Art Center. The sculpture will be installed later this summer. It will be the first large size sculpture by Michael west of the Mississippi:
